Here is a steampunk necklace made with a vintage victorian style bronze toned setting, a vintage grungy watch face, a vintage earring drop with pretty black and red beads dangling from the bottom. There is a cute little skeleton key charm attached to the bottom, and also attached to the clasp of the necklace. It is hung on copper toned vintage chain. Very unique!

do you buy all your supplies off etsy? Or do you go other places that it's cheaper? I was looking to make some steampunk stuff myself but I'm sorta poor and can't afford most of the supplies.

I buy anywhere and everywhere. Etsy, Ebay, Thrift stores, etc... You can find old watches and clocks with cool movements and gears at thrift stores, estate sales, flea markets, etc.

hm, I tried buying some stuff at an open vintage market, but it was still expensive. :/ I think the answer is to save up some money for good supplies..
