Artist's Comments
I painted a rain barrel for a community project in Oak Park, Il. That barrel was a success and was featured for the opening of the water exhibit at Chicago's Field museum. This barrel here was painted specifically for the water exhibit and will be at the Field museum for the duration of it. (I think 6 months?)
This took a couple weeks, mostly because I had painted over the barrel and re-started it because I hated it! I do like how it came out, and hope everyone else will too! You can see my other barrel here: [link] |
