Owl Commission

This was a commission for a friend. I used ink on clayboard. I started off with washes, then did a lot of drawing with a quill pen. I then used some scratchboard techniques and tools.
I used a reference photo that I found online.

I bought some large scale clayboard pieces that I hope to play with soon!
