I started this piece the other day and just finished it. The background wall was originall a blue color, but when I tried the yellow it added to the disgusting/sickly feel of the piece. It also worked well with the reds. This is a mix of painting/airbrushing and photo. The girl is painted with a texture overlayed on her and her corset. The frame and wallpaper are manipulated and adjusted photographs, and the blood is from a photograph from
