Artist's Comments
As the title says, the characters in this piece were inspired by Mark Ryden's work.. the girls are myself (sitting) and my friend Geneve, very manipulated and partly airbrushed. Geneve's arms and legs are all painted, and our heads were airbrushed over quite a bit to get the soft pale dollish look. I like the result of this piece, though I do have another version I might upload without some of the texture. I couldn't decide which I liked best..
