I worked on this earlier today.. just came back to it and added the brushes and final touches.. I saw Sin City for the second time last night.. the background and scenery was very awesome, and I got inspired by it
 .. loved the hard contrast and splashes of color.. once I finished it, I didn't know what to put in the background, so I put in my wind-up doll sculpture.. i used a photo i took of it and painted over it to fix it up.. I know the perspective of the doll and a lot of the shaows and shading aren't very accurate or realistic, but I like it that way, because anything goes in my little worlds, and it works artistically .. at least to me ..I'm pleased with it!stock: blood splatters:  muscley bloody stringy thing coming from black bird:  windows and pipey things:  textures: morguefile.com brushes: mine used a photo of a spiral staircase as reference from sxc.hu |

really interesting, i think your perspective is just fine, and the way youve intergrated different real life stocks with your drawings looks nice. the colours and atmosphere of this pic really gives off a melancholic quality.
